The company operates under international climate integrity standards (NBS, REDD+, ISO 14064) and applicable Colombian environmental regulations.

3. Environmental Regulatory Compliance

Amazon Carbon S.A.S. operates in compliance with the Colombian regulatory framework for carbon markets, including: Law 2173 of 2021 (Tree Law — National Reforestation Strategy); Resolution 1491 of 2025 from the Ministry of Environment — Environmental Compliance Framework; Standards of the ColCX (Colombia Carbon Exchange) program for certification and traceability of climate assets.
